How Weird Can it Get? 
 
The last newsletter had the same body tip as the one before. I promise I actually put the new tip in, but some how I guess a default button was activated with the result of robbing you off a most important body tip. You gotta know I'm being melodramatic, but I do want to send out the real tip for the body.
 
Also I thought my computer had crashed and so I went to work on my old computer. That was so slow, I just  gave up. My advice on what to do when nothing works. Take a shower or bath. Take a break. Go for a walk.
 
That's what I did, I walked away, took a shower and chilled out. Then I came back to the computer. It seems that since my Kindle was plugged into my computer for charging, it somehow interfered with the boot up so as soon as I unplugged my Kindle and rebooted, I was back in business. 
 
Plus rather than feeling nutty for making another mistake, like making a Youtube video yesterday using the wrong date for my seminar,  really I am an expert in this field, I remembered my business coach/partner told me that there is a sales technique where people actually make mistakes on purpose because people pay more attention to mistakes.
 
So here's the tip you've waited for all your life; nothing in life is that serious.
 
Next Tip: If you have to work, have fun doing it, any other choice makes no sense.
 
Next - and for the real genuine million dollar body tip, drum roll:
 
 
Eat More Fiber:
 
If you have no interest in fiber, do not read the tip below. It is up to you to say no to r
 

Physical - Eat more fiber.  How about apples with the skin, raspberries, pears, carrots, broccoli, Ezekiel bread, ground flax seeds, and cooked black beans? These are a few things that help us become healthier and healthier. Fiber helps bind toxins as well as keep or elimination regular. It helps to lower unhealthy cholesterol levels. High fiber helps you lose weight, lower the risk of heart disease, colon cancer and diabetes.
