Seven Days to Come Alive

We live life in ruts, invisible ruts that mold our ability to see reality and to act from fresh bioinformation. Yes, yes, we all have some new ideas, but beyond the normal scope of thinking lie patterns that keep us off-center. As we age, our body's movement and choices become more predictable, less creative, and our flexibility decreases.

Suppose you want to pick up a sock on the other side of the room? You will probably take the shortest route to the sock and pick it up. Moving forward will actually make you lean forward, and if you notice your body, the minute you decide to pick up the sock, you will start leaning forward. There's nothing wrong with that kind of action, but when everything we do thrusts us into a forward action, we tend to lean forward all the time. We live physically in a hyper vigilant state. We stay off our center. We lose our natural body harmony, creativity, and pleasure. Doing everything physically in the most expedient way, as opposed to perhaps using creativity to pick up the sock, can keep us in a restricted state of awareness.

Practice Awareness

To drive this point home, make out a "to do" list. Notice what happens. Just the thought of making out the list will bring the body forward. Again it's not wrong; it's only when every movement we make drives us forward, our bodies start numbing out.

When we move in unexpected directions and unusual directions, we begin wake up our body's natural intelligence. When the body begins to wake up, we tend to come alive; we glow or look radiant.

I have a friend who used to have migraine headaches. Her biointelligence directed her to start to breathe a certain way when the headaches started coming on. She learned to avoid them by using her breath. The other day she felt a regular headache coming on. I recently told her how the "E" sound tends to unwind the body. She had this information banked, so when her head started hurting, her intuition nudged her. She placed her hands on her head and started toning an "E." The headache went away.

We have a biochiropractor, a biophysician, and a biopsychiatrist in our bodies. That natural ability to renew, restore, to heal, and reveal is connected to a nonlocal intelligence that one might refer to as consciousness. Physical renewal actually leads to an expanded since of awareness or consciousness.

Start your journey of renewal by doing some offbeat movements with your body. Be alert while doing them and focus on your breathing. Do what you can to be acutely present. This is a short training period to help you move toward your natural center and to open your body up to the inner stirring of biointelligence.

Tips for Practicing Awareness

Day 1 - Walk around backwards for 5 minutes.

Day 2 - Crawl for 5 minutes. If it hurts your knees, tie something soft around them.

Day 3
- Lie down and breathe consciously for five minutes. Fill the lower abdomen first, then the upper chest. Exhale by emptying the abdomen first, then the chest area.

Day 4 - Spend 5 minute outside looking into the distance. (Our eyes need a break from the close-up focus of everyday living. We may need to look to the sky since we lack the expansive vistas of yesteryear.)

Day 5 - Massage your feet for 2 minutes, your hands for 2 minutes, and your head for 1 minute.

Day 6 - Walk 5 minutes. Take 20 steps on tip toes, 20 steps on heels, 20 steps pigeon-toed, and 20 steps on the inner foot. Shake out the feet. Repeat the sequence until you have walked for 5 minutes. This provides a great massage to the back meridians (energy points).

Day 7 - Walk 5 minutes touching your right hand to your left knee and on the next step touch your left hand on your right knee.

Use these as guidelines. You don't have to do them perfectly. Our bodies are evolving. Years ago I had a vision of the human body as this rainbow colored light body. No doubt evolution continues. It's not like we are done. We can assist these evolutionary changes by becoming aware of what connects our bodies to this ongoing stream of change, growth, and intelligence. What a great cause - let's become cells in the movement of humankind towards a higher state of biointelligence.

Quotes

"It's not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived." Unknown

"Status quo can be seen as a limited condition in which very little information is recognized or welcomed ... increasing the flow of information is vital to the health of our bodies and societies." Emilie Conrad

Money Drama vs. Easy Money

News about the economy often serves as a trigger that moves us from EZosophy into Hardaholism. If we cannot be responsible listeners, if we are going to use the news as a freak out trigger, then let's not listen to or read the news. Even if we are addicted to negative excitement about money and the economy, we always have a new choice in the present.

Abundance is an experience, not a dollar amount. We will not hear about the true nature of abundance on television, read it in the paper, or on the internet. Looking within, having the immediate and direct experience of abundance, and healing our personal issues about money, help us to remain centered in the source of real prosperity. Drama is a stress disease. Worry is a mild form of drama. Give it up. Our health is more important than the juicy thrill of upset. Think of Easy Money, not Hard Cash. In the midst of an abundant life, do not pay homage at the altar of lack.

Love Is Now Video

People talk about loving themselves. This audio suggests tuning into the love that is already present. Love doesn't have to be bestowed or manufactured; it is always now. Our mission is to tune into that love or to remove anything that obscures our experience of that love. This 15 minute audio assists in tuning into love now.
