A Note From Anne
Dear ,
It’s almost a new year. I hope your week has been merry and bright and at least some of you had a white Christmas. I have never seen snow on Christmas. It rarely snows where I live, but the one time it snowed on Christmas, I wasn’t in town. I've lived in NC, SC, and TN and have never seen a white Christmas. I have to watch Bing Crosby if I’m going to get snow.
Enough about snow. However, I will mention that it is EZ to not have snow on Christmas. I watched Santa coming by boat up the waterway and it was every bit as exciting as snow. The EZosophy philosophy is one dedicated to not depending on outer circumstances as the central point of reference for our emotions and actions. We are more interested in creating peace and ease than in making ego driven struggle and suffering. Remember, life is hard, but it is not hard all the time and everything can be easier.
Here's a Christmas picture of me with the twins.

New Year’s Intentions
It’s time to dust off our minds and think creatively toward the New Year. Resolutions of what we want to do and what we want to have next year are perfect, but EZosophists are not as concerned with the content of our lives as we are with how we approach life. Do we effort and struggle? Are our minds filled with land mines that blow up when a thought steps on it? Do we honor ease? These are the questions that bring us to accountability. Let’s try a resolution that is a solution to struggle and an invocation of EZ.
2015 EZosophy Resolution
I resolve to have an EZier life. No longer will I live in drama-rama. I am completely willing to experience more and more ease in my thinking and less and less struggle. I open to more JPM’s (Joy Per Moment). I am actively aware of my tendency to live down to my lowest expectations and therefore consciously chose to end the stress and strain that have formerly defined my life. I need a new definition. I chose to define my life by the endless supply of ease, abundance, peace, harmony, joy, and well-being available to me at any given moment. I chose to simplify my mind, my choices, and my life.
I cannot be free if I do not free others of my concepts of them. I will not continue to hold others prisoner to my thoughts and definition of who I think they are. I free others to be who they really are and for me to look at my friends and family with a new mind with each encounter. Happy New Year to me and Happy New You to me too!
This year is a breeze of EZ as I let go of more and more stress, struggle, and strain and rebirth myself into flow, simplicity, and ease. So Be It.

Healthy Living
New Solutions on the Horizon
There’s something refreshing about a new year. We start with a clean slate. How we feel about the future impacts our mood, emotions, and our health.
Charles Heineke shared a site that offers grand possibilities for humanity. I checked it out and loved how I felt when I considered the prospects. Feeling good has a powerful and positive impact on our immune systems. As I listened to the recommended 3:10 minute video my heart was rejoicing. This movement supports the idea of Healthy Living in action for all people. I hope this touches you.
From Charles:
I came across http://www.foodrising.org/ today and highly recommend that you review the brief 3:10 min. video about new possibilities with “a grassroots, decentralized, open source solution that gave people a breakthrough technology to produce their own food, medicine, and mineral supplements at extremely low cost and with very little effort..., using just 1/20th of the water but providing 500% more nutritional value than store bought foods.” That solution uses no electricity, no motors, no pumps, no soil, and will be universally practical everywhere in the world, from third-world nations with no power grid to inner city apartments in America.
“In early 2015, we will announce a series of groundbreaking "low-tech" inventions for humanity. This non-profit humanitarian effort will empower citizens across the world.”
You may want to get on their mailing list like I did, to keep up with product announcements, updates and more. Remember, you can always unsubscribe if it's not to your liking.
It's encouraging that there are people who know what to do and how to do it, to help resolve many of the issues facing our world today. This looks like it will be an incredible contribution to humanity. And we have a chance to learn about it early on and participate, if we wish.
